Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions explain the general terms that apply when using this website or discussing professional web development and digital services with Abdul Hafeez.
Last updated: October 6, 2026
These Terms provide general website and service terms. Individual projects may have additional written requirements, proposals, agreements or statements of work that take precedence where they specifically address a project matter.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By using this website or engaging in discussions regarding services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
A project does not begin solely because an inquiry has been submitted. Project scope, pricing, timeline, payment terms and other requirements must be discussed and confirmed before development begins.
2. Website Use
This website is provided for professional information, portfolio presentation, project inquiries and related business communication.
Visitors agree not to misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, gain unauthorized access or use the website for unlawful purposes.
3. Professional Services
Services may include web development, responsive website development, ecommerce projects, Shopify-related work, website redesigns, landing pages, SEO foundations, maintenance and other digital development services.
The exact services provided for a project will be determined by the agreed project scope.
4. Project Scope
Before a project begins, the expected deliverables, functionality, pages, content responsibilities, timeline, pricing and other important requirements should be agreed.
Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional time, pricing or a separate agreement.
Project requirements may be clarified through email, meetings, written proposals or other documented communication.
5. Pricing
Published package prices or example prices on this website are intended as starting points or service examples unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The final project price depends on scope, functionality, complexity, timeline and additional requirements.
A project-specific price should be confirmed before work begins.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are discussed and confirmed before development begins.
Depending on the project, payment may be arranged after completion or through an agreed milestone structure.
No payment arrangement should be assumed solely from information displayed on this website. The applicable project agreement or written confirmation determines the payment terms.
7. Third-Party Services and Costs
A project may require services provided by companies or platforms outside Abdul Hafeez's development services.
Examples may include
- Domain registration
- Web hosting
- Cloudflare plans
- GitHub plans
- Shopify plans
- Premium themes
- Premium plugins or applications
- Third-party APIs
- Other software or subscriptions
Unless specifically included in the agreed project price, these costs are separate from development fees.
Clients are generally encouraged to maintain ownership of their domain, hosting, platform accounts and subscriptions.
8. Revisions
Revision limits may apply according to the selected service package or project agreement.
Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may require additional fees or an updated project timeline.
Revisions generally refer to reasonable changes within the original agreed scope and do not automatically include entirely new functionality or a complete redesign.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, approvals, account access and other materials reasonably required to complete the project.
Clients should ensure that they have the legal right to provide any images, text, logos, trademarks, data, documents or other materials supplied for a project.
Delays in providing required materials or approvals may affect the project timeline.
10. Ownership and Account Access
Where practical, client-specific accounts and subscriptions should be created in the client's name and controlled by the client.
This may include domain providers, hosting accounts, Shopify accounts, GitHub repositories, Cloudflare accounts and other project-specific platforms.
Ownership and transfer of custom project work will be determined by the applicable project agreement and payment terms.
11. Delivery and Launch
Delivery dates are estimates based on the agreed scope, client responsiveness, technical requirements and availability of required third-party services.
A website may be considered ready for delivery when the agreed project scope has been substantially completed and the applicable delivery requirements have been met.
12. Limitation of Responsibility
Reasonable care will be taken when developing and testing project work. However, no website, software, hosting platform or third-party service can be guaranteed to be completely uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available.
Third-party platforms and services are controlled by their respective providers. Changes, outages, pricing changes, account restrictions or policy changes by those providers may affect a project.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when the website, services, business practices or applicable requirements change.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
